Every Fire Line Jewelers piece is handcrafted to order by a single craftsman. Because of this, shipping timelines are different from mass-produced jewelry — and intentionally so.
🛠️ Production Time
All rings and jewelry are made to order.
- Standard production time: 2–4 weeks
- Complex custom builds or specialty materials may require additional time
- If a project requires extended lead time, you will be contacted directly
Quality takes time. We do not rush craftsmanship.
📦 Shipping Methods
Once your piece is complete, it ships via:
- USPS Priority Mail or UPS or FEDEX Ground
- Fully insured
- Tracking number provided upon shipment
International shipping options may be available upon request.
US Domestic Shipping (United States)
Flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout
Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders
Signature confirmation may be required on high-value items
🌍 International Shipping
International orders are shipped insured where available
Customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes
Delivery times vary by destination
🔁 Order Changes & Cancellations
Because each piece is custom-made:
Please contact us immediately with any concerns
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun
Changes may be possible within 24 hours of purchase
📬 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is marked as shipped and tracking is provided:
Fire Line Jewelers is not responsible for carrier delays
We will assist with claims for insured shipments if needed
